Nortel Minor Burner Set

This item is the original Minor Bench Two gas burners including hoses and pressure regulator. Everything is fully assembled, so that the burner only needs to be connected to a propane gas cylinder and an oxygen concentrator, and then you are ready to fire it up.

The Burner itself is probably the most commonly used torch for glass bead making. The Minor Bench Burner burns oxygen and propane and produces a clean flame. This torch is a "surface mix" burner, ie Propane and oxygen are mixed at the burner surface after they are discharged from the burner nozzle.
To begin with the bead making you also need: a standard propane gas cylinder and an oxygen concentrator.

If you want to have a longer propane or oxygen hose - no problem. Simply order the additional number of meters you need, and send us a note that the tube should be longer.

The standard Swiss propane bottles have a different connection than the German ones. Therefore, you will need a different propane regulator than the one that we sell. (This could also be the case for other countries other than Germany.) Please inform yourself, before you buy the propane regulator from us, if the standard propane bottle in your country has the same threaded connection as the German standard connection.
