2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Within Germany with Hermes
For your order up to 80€ we charge a flat rate shipping fee of 5,99€ (incl. 19% VAT). For orders of more than 80€ we offer free shipping within Germany with Hermes.
Shipments with Hermes Logistics Gruppe are insured up to 500€. If the outside of your parcel is in anyway damaged upon it´s arrival, please request a damage report card from the driver. This card is necessary to make a damage claim. You do not need to be sure that the goods inside the package are damaged to request a damage card. If the driver does not have the cards or if he hesitates to give one to you, please get his/her name for further processing.
2.2 Within Germany with DHL / German Post
We offer the following prices (including 19% VAT) based on order total and package weight for DHL shipments within Germany:

2.3 German Islands
With Hermes there are no extra costs on shipping to german islands.
With DHL there are no extra costs on shipping to german islands.
2.4 European Union (with Hermes)
The following countries fall into the category "European Union (with Hermes)": Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except overseas territories), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Teneriffa), Sweden, United Kingdom (except overseas territories).
To these countries we ship with Hermes up to a maximum package weight of 25 kg for a flat rate of 14,88€, as long as the goods fit into a Hermes M-Package. (Orders with us almost always fit into an M-Package.) If you want to order more than 22 kg of goods (we allow for 3 kg of packaging material), please contact us for a shipping price quote. We will do our best to keep the shipping costs down.
If you would prefer to use a different shipping company than Hermes, simply let us know. We will do our best to oblige your request. Please note that using a different shipping company could cost more.
2.5 Switzerland and Liechtenstein (with Hermes)
Please note that all of our prices include the german 19% VAT (7% for books). Goods that we send outside of the European Union (i.e. Switzerland and Liechtenstein and worldwide) will not be taxed and therefore the prices will be considerably lower! Nevertheless you will be responsible for pay your own country´s duty and taxes at customs.
We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Hermes. The following prices are for packages up to a total weight of 20 kg. If you would like to order more than 18 kg of goods, please contact us for a shipping quote. The shipping costs are dependant upon the package size. S-package: 27.10€, M-package: 32.10€, L-package: 41.10€. Please contact us for more information on the different package sizes and what fits in.
Hermes will act as the customs adjuster for your imported goods. If you decline to pay for the duty and taxes, we will not be held responisble for the incomplete shipment.

2.6 Worldwide
Please note that if you are viewing our website within the European Union, all prices will be displayed with the German 19% VAT (7% for books). Goods that we send outside of the European Union will not be taxed and therefore the prices will be considerably lower! If you are viewing our website from outside the EU, your computer will display the prices with no VAT.
You will be responsible to pay your own country´s duty and taxes.
We use DHL to ship worldwide. Below you will find a list of the countries organized by DHL zone. Below that you will find a table that displays the DHL prices according to zones. First find which zone your country is in, then you can figure out what your shipping cost will be according to the weight of the package. Please note, that the weights shown are the total weight of the package. Therefore, if you order 5kg of goods, it cannot fit into a 5kg package because the packaging also weighs about 1kg. That means if you check out with 5kg of goods, your shipping costs will be calculated at the 10kg level.

3. Delivery Time
We will ship your package within two work days (Wednesday to Saturday) upon receipt of payment. The expected shipping time for packages within Germany is 2-5 work days.
Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an email with the available tracking information. If you ever have any questions about where your package is or if there is any problem with the shippment, please contact us. We will help you as fast as we can.
4. Payments
Our normal method of payment receipt within Europe is PayPal or bank transfer. You will be given our bank information during check-out. Please give your invoice number as a reference number with your bank transfer so that we can quickly determine that your order should be shipped.
The customer will receive an invoice for the delivered goods and the shipping. For your tax records, the VAT will be shown seperately on the invoice.
