1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Minimum Order Value
We have no minimum order value. However, for orders under €30, a service fee of €4.90 will be charged.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Germany
We ship within Germany via DHL. Prices include VAT:

Order value over €100:

up to 5 kg free
5–10 kg €5.99
Over 10 kg: Shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact us in advance at info@berlinbeads.de.
Packages shipped with DHL are insured up to €500.
Please note: We add a flat rate of 1 kg for packaging material to the total weight of your order.
3.2 German Islands
There is no additional shipping surcharge for deliveries to German islands via DHL.
3.3 EU Countries
We ship to the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Greenland, Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (except Åland), France (except overseas territories), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife), Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping costs for EU countries will be displayed during the checkout process.
3.4 Switzerland and Liechtenstein
We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein via DHL. Please note:
- All prices on our website include German VAT at 19%.
Orders shipped to Switzerland or Liechtenstein will be invoiced at net prices excluding VAT.
- Additional customs and import duties may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.
- For international bank transfers, any transfer fees are to be borne by the Customer.

3.5 Other Countries
We ship worldwide. Please note:
- Orders shipped outside the EU will be invoiced at net prices excluding VAT.
- Additional customs and import duties may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.

4. Delivery Times
We dispatch your order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us at info@berlinbeads.de.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. Bank details will be sent to you by e-mail after placing your order.
Please note:
- We only accept payments in euros.
- Please always state your order number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment quickly.
- For international bank transfers, any transfer fees are to be borne by the Customer.
You will receive an invoice with your order showing the goods delivered, shipping costs, and VAT.
